Indian F1 track owners to break even in 4 years

Sports International (JPSI), promoters of the Indian Grand Prix racetrack have worked out a “unique business model” which should allow it to break even in three to four years. JPSI has integrated its F1 plans within a larger sports city complex and married it with residential and commercial real estate development to hasten the break even.
