Web Exclusive Sep 10, 2013 GHMC proposes Rs 870 cr road works, civic projects In Hyderabad, Rs 870 crore civic projects have been proposed by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). GHMC had bagged the projects under the phase-I (2005-2012) of the Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM). The State-level committee on JNNURM works cleared the proposals for these projects recently and the project proposals would be sending to the Union Ministry for Urban Development soon.
