Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (Tata Power-DDL), a leading utility supplying electricity to a populace of 7 million in North Delhi, has been adjudged as a winner under three categories at the Annual National HR Circle Competition-2020 organised by the industry chamber, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
The company was declared the winner in two categories, viz. ‘Business Continuity wrt People Management amidst COVID situation’, and ‘Employee Relations and Employee Engagement’ and a runner-up in the category ‘Innovation Leadership during crisis’.
The CII-National HR Excellence Award is one of the most prestigious awards in the human resources fraternity. The National HR Circle Competition was organised from July 29-31, wherein all categories involved extensive presentations by teams from across the nation on diverse HR-related themes.
Conceptualised to recognise and support industries in their aspirations to imbibe world-class HR practices, the convention provides HR professionals an excellent platform for interaction and sharing of best practices, ideas and innovation.
