Secunderabad Cantonment area is spread over in about 40.17 sq km and has civilian population of around 4-5 lakh. Eight planning agencies have submitted request for proposals (RFP) regarding preparation of a comprehensive master plan and land use plan for Secunderabad Cantonment area. The interested planning agencies include Techmec International Pvt Ltd, Sai Consulting Engineering Pvt Ltd, LEA Associates South Asia Pvt Ltd, L&T Ramboll Consulting Engineering Ltd, LKS Rachana Venture, Feedback Infra Pvt Ltd and Tata Consulting Engineering Ltd.
