The State Cabinet decided to allot 9.938 hectare Government land to NTPC´s Gadarwara super thermal power project for various purposes. The MP government has allotted 2.933 hectare government land for the project at village Hirapur in Narsinghpur district to lay underground water pipeline and construction of pump-house. It is noteworthy that 50 per cent power to be generated by this project of Union Power Ministry will be given to Madhya Pradesh.
