Shantha Martin is CEO – ISC, Middle East, South & East Africa, Allcargo Logistics. She heads the NVOCC division. She holds a B. Sc. Degree and an MBA (Marketing) from TAPMI, Manipal. Having garnered 15 years of experience in diverse industries like healthcare, event management, publishing, hospitality and logistics, she is currently the CEO for the NVOCC vertical of Allcargo Logistics Ltd. Her current responsibility is to head the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, South & East Africa region to provide total logistics services with last mile connectivity. She oversees 47 offices in the region of the Indian Subcontinent (ISC), Middle-East, South & East Africa, across 10 countries. The NVOCC division under her leadership has won the award for Consolidator of the Year for 3 consecutive years and also the Logistics Company of the Year award in 2010.
