GSM operator Aircel has launched 3G services in Mumbai, making the metro its third circle after Delhi and Rajasthan. The company, which does not hold 3G spectrum in the circle, had entered into an roaming agreement with RCom to launch the services in Mumbai. -¨The customer demands superior technology,¨ said Harish Sharma, Regional Business Head (West) at Aircel.
