Chennai-based developer Bharat Engineering Construction Company (BECC) has launched a 2.2-acre residential project ‘Alpha Lotus Towers’ at Avadi in the city. The suburb to the west of Chennai has a mix of residential and industrial establishments.

Houses of two-and three-bedrooms ranging in size from 960 sq.ft to 1,300 sq.ft are priced at Rs 3,999 per sq ft. Over 121 apartments are coming up in four blocks of four-floor towers.

The CMDA-approved project, located adjacent to the Avadi Municipality Building, consists of a total of 121 apartments in 4 blocks, each made of four floors and comprising 2 and 3 BHK houses engineered to top class standards and specifications.

A stilt area facilitates car park for each apartment. A 25,000 sq ft commercial area with retail, grocery and medical stores is there for convenience of residents.
