IL&FS bags UP rural electrification project
In Bulandshahr district of Uttar Pradesh, IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company has received an order from Paschimanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam for rural electrification (RE) works. Under the central government's Rajeev Gandhi Grameen Vidyutikaran Yojana scheme, the turnkey project has been awarded to IL&FS and is valued at Rs 149.68 crore.

Work begins on Rs 108 cr flyover in Kochi
For the Rs 108-crore Edappally flyover project in Kochi, preparatory works have started. The Kerala Public Works Department (PWD) has begun the land levelling work. The three-month preparatory work will also include the construction of two service roads and new bridges on either side of the existing Edappally canal bridge.

Work paced up on e’way, underpasses in Noida
In Noida area, work has been paced up on pending infrastructure projects like Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) expressway, two underpasses, and a multi-level parking lot among others, said the Noida Authority.
