Kerala delays road widening work for 20-yrs
In Kerala, the authorities of Public Works Department has been delaying the widening of the SN Junction-Puthiyakavu stretch on the Ernakulam-Kottayam State highway for more than 22 years. The PWD officials mooted the plan to widen the road in 1991. As per the proposal, it would develop the 12-metre wide road to 33 metre.

Incomplete flyover project bring hardships to commuters
Whenever a train chugs in or out of Manapparai station, scores of vehicles pile up on both sides of the railway crossing across the Dindigul Road in Tamil Nadu.
