The Indian Coast Guard (ICG) has on October 11 taken into custody a Sierra Leone’s vessel with a 10-member crew and brought it to Tuticorin port for investigation. Eight among the 10-member crew are Indians. Sierra Leone is a west African country.

ICG’s patrol vessel found the ship suspicious and brought it to Tuticorin. Two of the crew are Ukranians, the Coast Guard official said. Yet, more information is to be evolved from the ICG’s probe.
