Vijay Kalantri, Chairman and Managing Director of Dighi Port said that the port would set up the remaining three berths as part of the phase one of the project by December 2014. The green field port is being developed in Raigad district of Maharashtra. It may be recalled that the port authority has already constructed two berths out of the five envisaged in the first phase of the project.
