Huawei is in talks with top mobile operators for contracts to roll out fourth-generation networks. The company´s core equipment supply business had taken a severe hit over the past couple of years, mainly because of the cancellation of some 122 telecom licences in early 2012, policy uncertainty surrounding the sector and security concerns that Chinese-made equipment installed in local telecom networks could be used for spying.
