IRB Group Reports ₹8.3 Billion FY2026 Toll Revenue, Secures 10% National Share

The group’s toll revenue for March 2026 reached ₹783 million, up from ₹649 million in March 2025, a robust 21 per cent yearonyear growth.

India’s leading toll road concessionaire, IRB Group—comprising IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd. and its two sponsored Infrastructure Investment Trusts, IRB Infrastructure Trust and IRB InvIT Fund—has reported consolidated toll revenue of ₹8.3 billion for FY2025‑26. This accounts for 10 per cent of the country’s total toll revenue of ₹82.9 billion.

Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd., said, “With the recent commissioning of our new TOT (toll, operate and transfer) asset in Odisha and the expected commissioning of the Ganga Expressway in Uttar Pradesh, we look forward to FY2027 with a stronger growth trajectory. This will be driven by new assets as well as revised toll tariffs on existing ones.”

The Group’s top‑performing subsidiaries in March included IRB MP Expressway Pvt Ltd (Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Old Mumbai-Pune Highway NH4), which collected ₹1.651 billion, up from ₹1.536 billion year‑on‑year. IRB Golconda Expressway Pvt Ltd (Hyderabad Outer Ring Road) reported ₹801 million, up from ₹696 million. IRB Ahmedabad Vadodara Super Express Tollway Pvt Ltd (Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway NE1 and NH48) collected ₹810 million, up from ₹655 million. The newly commissioned IRB Harihara Corridors Tollway Pvt Ltd (Lucknow-Ayodhya-Gorakhpur NH27 and Lucknow-Sultanpur NH731–TOT 17) contributed ₹536 million.

Overall, the group’s toll revenue for March 2026 stood at ₹783 million, compared to ₹649 million in March 2025, reflecting a 21 per cent year‑on‑year growth.
