JCO Gas Pipe is specialised in manu­facturing of spiral SAW pipes covering a range from 406 mm (16″) to 1,626 mm (64″) diameter with wall thickness ranging from 5 mm to 25 mm conforming to IS 3589: 2001, IS: 5504, AP-5L, ASTM. The company has its state-of-the-art manu­facturing plant strategically located at Boregaon in Madhya Pradesh (60 km from Nagpur) to cater to all clients/projects acr­oss India with an installed capacity of 1,00,000 MT per annum.

JCO Gas Pipe offers its products and services to the following industries/applications:

Water: Distribution & transmission lines for Irrigation systems, portable drin­king water requirements, power plant etc.

Structural: Well casing, structural col­umns for high rise buildings, piling and casing Pipes etc.

Industrial: Cooling water lines, drai­nage pipes, smoke stacks, mining pipes, dredging pipes, air duct piping etc.

Oil & Gas: Off-shore and on-shore pipelines, submarine and structural pipes for offshore drill rigs, cross country pipeline project/ terminal piping, conductors etc.

Liquid epoxy coatings: For excellent adhesion on mild steel; good resistance to water, alcohol, solvents and chemicals; provides good mechanical strength with abrasion resistance.

Cement-mortar lining: Very compa­tible to alkaline influences, protects pipes from corrosion and thus increases its life.

Guniting (external cement coating): Very compatible to alkaline influences, protects pipes from corrosion and thus increases its life.

Coal tar tape coating: Excellent resis­tance to heat, water and resistance to cathodic disbondment.

Epoxy-based painting (internal/external): Provides excellent adhesion on cleaned steel work and excellent corrosion resistance.
