L&T Infrastructure Finance Company said it will raise up to Rs 50 crore debts by way of private placement. The company intends to issue unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures in the nature of subordinated, Tier-II Debt on private placement basis, L&T Infra Finance said. The debenture issuance would amount to Rs 25 crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs 50 crore, it added.
