Talboom, a geothermal energy firm in Belgium, has entered into a joint venture with ONGC Energy Centre (OEC) for harnessing the energy in South Cambay basin of Gujarat. The project is at an initial stage and OEC has got into the process of stakeholder consultations for it. Talboom will provide technical know how for the project.
