Both the firms signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in this regard recently. The MoU is for the EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) jobs related to the distribution network of gas.

The companies would also cooperate in sharing technology and knowledge, in areas of mutual interests.

According to a spokesperson of OIL, both the firms would jointly take up construction jobs for Natural Gas or Crude Oil or Product Pipelines & associated Pump Stations, within the country and overseas besides pursuing any other business opportunities, which are mutually beneficial to both the parties.
