Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee indicated that public-private-partnership (PPP) projects should be directed to people who cannot pay for infrastructure services as it would ensure inclusive growth. He opined that PPP models with appropriate safeguards would help to both accelerate inclusive growth and avoid over-commitment.
