In Nagaland’s capital Kohima, the much awaited project for widening of road and construction of retaining wall at mission compound, near Ura Academy Kohima village, taken up in the month of August 2013, has been completed in last September.
The project was initiated by Kohima Village Council and the Village Development Board of Kohima village. The main purpose of the project is the safety of commuters and pedestrians at this particular area and it was taken up under the MGNREGS during 2013-14 through P Koza (BDO) RD Block Kohima.
