Gujarat's annual Plan outlay for year 2011-12 has been fixed at Rs 38,000 crore. The Plan outlay was finalised at a meeting between the Deputy Chairman Planning Commission, Montek Singh Ahluwalia, and the Chief Minister of Gujarat, Narendra Modi. Ahluwalia appreciated the efforts of Gujarat in improving the development pace and creating an investment-friendly environment.
