The government is working on a sophisticated and flexible framework for the public-private partnership (PPP) model to boost infrastructure development, according to Finance Secretary Arvind Mayaram. Mayaram also underlined the need to de-stress the PPP model, which is facing various regulatory hurdles, for infrastructure development.
