South Western Railway (SWR) plans to tighten security surveillance by installing close circuit cameras in three major stations in Karnataka. SWR has taken upgradation of security measures and implementing it at Bangalore City, Yesvantpur and Mysore railway stations according to PK Saxena, General Manager, SWR. SWR is also strengthening the security apparatus in all railway stations and its premises to ensure secure travel.
