As per JLLÂ’s recent Global Real Estate Outlook, MumbaiÂ’s office space occupiers will have to face upward revisions in rents in the coming years. Compared to Q2 2015 when MumbaiÂ’s rental values had bottomed out, the city will now start to see acceleration in its rental value growth from Q2 2016.

Elevated road to link Eastern Express H’way with BKC
The process is to begin shortly to construct an elevated road connecting Bandra-Kurla Complex and Eastern Express Highway in Mumbai. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) said that in another month or so they will commence the process of inviting bids to construct the bridge linking the Eastern Express Highway and LBS Road to Bandra-Kurla Complex, the key business district of Mumbai.
