Flyover in Kokkata caves in, traffic affected

In Kolkata, the flyover that links Belghoria Expressway with Jessore Road to National Highway 2 and NH 6 was indefinitely closed to traffic on June 11 afternoon after a big chunk of concrete caved in, leaving a gaping hole on the west-bound flank. National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) officials were unwilling to commit on when the expressway would again be opened to traffic.
