Biju Patnaik Airport in Bhubaneswar has won the first prize after being adjudged the best airport in the country, airport sources said on April 16. Biju Patnaik Airport shared the first prize along with Jodhpur airport based on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for 2012-13, the sources said.

Bhubaneswar airport’s new terminal to be ready by mid Feb
The new terminal of the Biju Patnaik airport in Bhubaneswar, which is now waiting for international tag, is expected to be commissioned by middle of February. The domestic terminal will be ready by February 15 and the civil aviation department will inaugurate it, said Odisha Chief Secretary, Bijay Kumar Patnaik after reviewing the progress of the new terminal.
