Ennore Port in Tamil Nadu suggested the state government to use a stretch of land for laying a rail link connecting the port to Nemilicheri, and eventually connecting the Chennai-Bangalore rail link. Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi said on February 3 that a 'Road Maintenance Policy will be ready for construction of new roads and upkeep of existing ones in Bihar.
