India Signs Credit Agreement Worth US$ 24 Million with World Bank for Additional Financing for Uttarakhand Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project. An agreement for credit of US $ 24 million (equivalent) from World Bank for Additional Financing for Uttarakhand Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project was signed here today by Nilaya Mitash, Joint Secretary, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance on behalf of the Government of India and Micheal Haney, Acting Director, New Delhi off
