Huda sets up new pipeline to raise water supply
The areas facing water shortage in Sector 16 of New Gurgaon areas will get an additional water supply of 5-6 million gallons daily (mn gd) water as the Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) laid 2 km long 1,200-mm water pipeline. The pipeline would facilitate additional water supply to the Sector 16 boosting station. The engineers of Huda conducted trial run for a couple of days to flush out the dirty water and clean the pipeline
Flyover work starts at Subhash Chowk in New Gurgaon
Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) last week began the construction of a 600-metre flyover at Subhash Chowk in New Gurgaon. Once the flyover opens to the public in the area can expect relief from frequent snarls. The facility is expected to provide smooth vehicular movement between Huda City Centre and Hero Honda Chowk on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway.

In Gurgaon, a team of Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) officials, set out to demolish a factory, which had come in the way of the Northern Peripheral Road (NPR) project, had to face the ire of the angry residents of New Palam Vihar Colony on January 25. The demolition team had landed at Sector 37 part two for the demolition of the factory. They had to make a hasty retreat from the site when the residents became angry.
