A High Power Committee (HPC) has been formed by the Nagaland government to study the road system in Dimapur and to draw up Action Plan for works on several roads in the city. The State Roads and Buildings Minister Kuzholuzo (Azo) Neinu had stated on August 16 that the government would fully empower the HPC to tackle issues involving these road projects in the city.
