The recently set up Cabinet Committee on Investments (CCI) will study the implementation of critical proÂjects including the procedures involved in their clearance or reÂfusal and the delays such projects are facing. The panel would monitor the clearance or refusal process for infrastructure and manufacturing sector projects costing more than Rs 1,000 crore.
