In Bhubaneswar, the much-awaited Integrated Daya West Canal Road Project, covering 7.8 km, is likely to be completed by October 2014. But as work on the project threatens to shrink the width of Daya West Canal, doubts have come up over the possibility of the water body being used for proposed recreational purposes.
