Rs.110 crore order from DMRC Power solutions provider Jakson Group has received an order worth Rs 110 crore from Delhi Metro Rail Corp (DMRC).
CM to evaluate Kochi metro progress on Oct 30
The progress on Kochi Metro rail project will evaluated by Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on October 30. The CM's evaluation programme was earlier scheduled on October 26. He will also discuss development plans for Kochi City to be implemented along with the metro construction.
Kochi metro project may be ready in 3 yrs if issues are addressed
India's metroman E Sreedharan says he expects work on the Kochi Metro rail project to be completed in three years if various issues like strikes, shortage of sand and labour problem are avoided. Sreedharan, who is the principal advisor to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, said this while delivering the keynote address at a function at Kannur University.
