The Outer Ring Road (ORR) project for Mysore is expected to be completed in eight months time if the work goes well as per the plan of Mysore Urban Development Authority (Muda). The proposed ORR is expected to address the traffic problem on the Narasimharaja Boulevard and prevent heavy vehicles from entering the city. The project is pending since a decade due to land acquisition problems.
