Centre approves plan to reduce ESZ
The Union Ministry of Environment and Forests has accepted a state government proposal to exclude 165 hectares from the eco-sensitive zone (ESZ) around the Sanjay Gandhi National Park at Borivali, Mumbai effectively paving the way for construction of the car-shed for the Metro-III at Aarey Colony.
