SCCL to supply 1 million tonnes of coal to NTECL
The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) will supply one million tonnes of coal a year to the NTPC Tamil Nadu Energy Company Limited (NTECL), a joint venture thermal power project of NTPC and TANGEDCO at Vallur (Tamil Nadu).

Power crisis in Karnataka to end

CIL, SCCL earn Rs.30,000 cr
The state-owned CIL and Singareni Collieries Company (SCCL) have earned incremental revenues of around Rs.30,000 crore through e-auction, Mjunction Services, a JV between Tata Steel and SAIL that pioneers in e-auction services, said.
Singareni to set up 600 MW plant
Singareni Collieries Company Ltd has approved the setting up of a 600 MW coal-fired thermal power plant (Stage II) at Jaipur, in Adilabad district of Telangana.
SCCL to invest Rs 3,500 cr
Singareni Collieries Co (SCCL) has lined a capital expenditure programme of Rs 3,500 crore for the 12th Plan period to enhance its coal mining capacity from 52 million tonne to 57 million tonne.The miner has proposed an investment of Rs 2,000 crore, as part of its overall spending plans.
