In Manipur. a lots of structures put up along Tamenglong-Khongsang road by land owners for claiming compensation after the survey is over has led to delay in taking up road construction work by the BRFT. This was disclosed by C Arthur W, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Tamenglong while speaking as Chief Guest of the 64th Indian Republic day celebration at Tamenglong district HQs on January 26.
