As Coal India plans to ramp up production with investment in hi-tech machines, a trade union has denounced the move. ¨When super or high-tech technology comes, manpower reduces. When in Coal India such super technology will come with the multinational companies, automatically there will be huge job loss,¨ said BN Rai of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS).
