Afghanistan has stated that it is keen to ink a trilateral agreement with India and Iran on the Chabahar port. Afghanistan on November 16 stressed that its ties with India are steady.
Afghanistan government Ambassador Shaida M Abdali said in Delhi that India-Afghan relations are very steady, not transitory, like the exit strategy with others.
It is a relationship that will only deepen in future, he added. He said Afghanistan is keen to ink a trilateral transit agreement with India and Iran on the Chabahar port that is aimed to provide a route for trade with landlocked Afghanistan.
