Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) has rolled out its 3G services in Kerala in about 21 cities. BSNL is investing Rs 650 crore for providing the services together with the concurrent expansion of the existing 2G network to cover more than 95 per cent of all inhabited parts of Kerala. The current project envisages providing 2.55 lakh 3G lines in the Circle, including 37,758 lines in Kozhikode city and suburban areas.
