To discuss over the prevailing hindrances to the progress of the greenfield airport at Panvel in Navi Mumbai, the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh has convened a meeting in New Delhi on November 13. Maharashtra Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan said this at a public meeting in Panvel on October 26.

Ministry to look into feasibility of Airbus 380s
The Union Civil Aviation Ministry is soon to decide on allowing airlines to fly Airbus 380s into the country. The Ministry had scheduled a meeting on the matter on October 23.
