For development of road network and infrastructure in the state, the Kerala government has earmarked Rs 10,710 crore for a plan to be implemented in the next three years, said the Minister for Public Works VK Ebrabim Kunju.

Delays reflect NHAI’s deficiency in planning: Panel
The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Transport has said in its latest report that National Highways Authority of India's (NHAI) delay in completing projects like Golden Quadrilateral, reflects either tardy planning or deficiency in execution. NHAI is not in a position to complete any project and is adding projects after projects without achieving targets in older ones, the report said.
