The contract, signed with an unnamed conglomerate, spans the remaining life of 182 MW of wind assets and consolidates projects linked to Inox Green’s shared infrastructure across Western India.
Inox Green Energy Services has signed a comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) agreement for 182 MW of wind energy projects with the renewable arm of one of India’s largest conglomerates, reinforcing its leadership in long-term clean energy services.
Inox Green Energy Services Ltd., India’s only listed pure-play renewable O&M provider, has announced a major agreement to manage 182 MW of operational wind projects across Western India. The deal includes converting 82 MW of limited-scope O&M into comprehensive coverage, and renewing 100 MW of existing O&M services well ahead of schedule.
The contract spans the remaining life of the wind assets and covers projects connected to common infrastructure owned by Inox Green. This move brings the entire fleet of the customer, which is one of India’s most diversified conglomerates, back under Inox Green’s management.
“This is a milestone occasion for us,” said SK Mathu Sudhana, CEO of Inox Green. “With this agreement, our entire fleet with this marquee customer is now back in our fold. It reflects the changing dynamics of the wind O&M industry and the renewed trust our customers place in our capabilities.”
Inox Green currently manages over 5 GW of renewable assets and has built a strong portfolio of long-term contracts with independent power producers (IPPs), public sector undertakings (PSUs), and retail clients. The company is a subsidiary of Inox Wind and part of the INOXGFL Group, benefiting from a synergistic relationship across manufacturing and services.
The latest agreement highlights the growing demand for full-spectrum O&M services in India’s wind sector, as asset owners seek reliability, cost efficiency, and long-term performance guarantees.
