In Kanpur, for beautification of road divider from Naronha to Gol Chauraha, the Uttar Pradesh government has released Rs 5 crore. The divider will be decorated with greenery by planting flower plants and herbs.
The State Public Works Department has constructed the 1500-metre long divider in the city.
The executive engineers of the PWD and irrigation have been asked by the government to see the divider beautification work done according to set norms.
