Four projects of Municipal Corporation of Delhi's (MCD), which were funded by the Central government's Jawaharlal Nehru National Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM) scheme in December 2009 to upgrade the city's infrastructure, have been scrapped. The projects were scrapped in the absence of clearance from various agencies.
