Cost over-run owing to the delay in project implementation may make the proposed international airport project at Navi Mumbai unviable, City and Industrial Development Corporation (Cidco) feels. Raising concern over the inordinate delay in the project and the resulting cost escalation, Cidco asked the state government to arrive at a consensus with project affected persons (PAPs) at the earliest.
