Under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) has decided to implement this scheme in green belt and no development zones too. The houses will be built with private participation and the schemes will get a floor to space index (FSI) of 1. The developer should apply for this scheme to NMRDA, Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) or state government.
