DP World’s Nhava Sheva International Container Terminal (NSICT) has set a new benchmark by handling the MSC Susanna, the longest ship ever to berth at JNPT. The vessel is deployed on the Mediterranean Shipping Company’s ISES service bound for Europe. At 336.66m, the MSC Susanna is the longest vessel to traverse the Mumbai channel, and is a testament to the efforts and commitment by the port authority in improving the marine infrastructure at JN Port with its dredging project.
