Owing to cost overrun, the cost of railway projects across the country has risen from Rs 36,930 crore to Rs 91,902 crore. This is around 148 per cent rise in expenditure or about Rs 55,000 crore, reports indicate.

Indo-Nepal border road in Bihar to aid SSB for guarding
In Bihar, foundation has been laind for a new 552.3 km road on porous Indo-Nepal border and when completed it would help security personnel of Shashtra Seema Bal (SSB) to guard the border more effectively.
