There are basically two kinds of projects. One is the greenfield projects where we are going to construct an absolutely new line. The other type is where we construct along the existing track, the doubling or third or fourth lines.
L&T bags Rs.1,404 cr international orders
L&T said it has bagged orders worth Rs.1,404 crore across various business verticals. The first order, worth Rs.1,014 crore, is for electrification upgrade work in the Middle East.
L&T wins Rs.1,213 crore DFC project
Engineering and construction giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) said its consortium with Sojitz Corp of Japan has won a Rs 1,213 crore project from Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Ltd (DFCCIL).
